This spacious, comfortable, modern and very cozy sea view apartment for up to 6 people is right by one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Florianópolis. It will only take you a terrific 3 minute stroll through natural dunes to reach the unspoiled Praia do Campeche with miles of white sand. The apartment is very safe (as is the whole neighbourhood) and offers a lot of comfort with its nice large swimming pool (swimmer and non-swimmer area), a fitness center and a playroom for toddlers.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, one ensuite with a queen size bed (1,60 x 2 m), the other room with a standard double bed (1,40 x 2 m). Additionally, the spacious living room has a very comfortable sleeping couch for 2 persons. The bedrooms both have air condition, the living room is fitted with a ventilator and black out-curtains. All beds are high quality box spring beds. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, Smart-TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen (gas oven, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, etc.) including a dish washer, a washing machine, garage space for one car as well as a built-in BBQ on the balcony with a marvelous sea view.
